My stay at Hotel Luxe was a mixed bag. The room I had was clean, but that was overshadowed by the poor service I received. I can't stress enough how unpleasant the experience was with the management. The breakfast options were okay, but the atmosphere in the dining area was not great. I expected better value for the price we paid, especially with some facilities not functioning properly.
